I find myself in a familiar scenario – the time I set aside for training is here, but my training plan sits ignored. Isn’t this the essence of existence? The pursuit of readiness for the impending, coupled with the human propensity to falter in execution.
In this chapter of my journey, my body pleads for respite, yearning for rejuvenation even as the demand for enhanced endurance and extended miles persists.
